Along with the rest of the world, coronavirus continues to significantly affect
the airline industry and its partners. As a global aviation company, we
recognize the industry is being impacted by this outbreak and the situation
continues to worsen daily. Demand for passenger travel is declining, which is
driving unprecedented capacity reductions and aviation industry revenues.
The health and safety of our team is our highest priority. Our intent is to keep
our employees safe and healthy while still serving the needs of our global
customers. We have been monitoring guidance from the CDC (Centers for
Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization) as well as federal,
state and local authorities, and in an abundance of caution, put
precautionary measures into place early last week in response to this rapidly
evolving situation.
• Where possible we have implemented a work from home protocol to
reduce the risk of exposure and spread of the virus within our offices.
• We’ve taken steps to limit contact for those operational team members
in our facilities including limiting in-person meetings, maintaining safe
physical distances from one another and implementing enhanced
sanitizing procedures.
• We have limited non-essential travel, conferences and large meetings
to reduce further exposure for our teams.
• We conduct a daily management review of our immediate and longer-
term response to this crisis in order to sustain the business and offer
continued support and solutions to our customer base.
To our customers and partners, we will remain fully operational and available
24/7 to support your flight and maintenance operations. Our AOG Services
Team and Aircraft Operations Teams are here and fully functional to meet
your needs. Whether it be parts support, short-term equipment availability or
